Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026 · These terms apply to the Brudcast early access program.

1. The service

Brudcast is a multi channel marketing platform for sending email, SMS, WhatsApp and Push campaigns. During early access, features may change and workspaces are opened in batches. We will tell you before any change that removes data or functionality you rely on.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. Two factor authentication is available and recommended. You may run more than one organization from the same login; each organization is billed separately.

3. Acceptable sending

You may only message people who gave you permission to contact them. Suppression lists, unsubscribes, bounces and complaints must be respected on every channel, and Brudcast enforces them at send time. See the Anti spam policy for the full rules.

4. Billing

Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push and mailbox hosting are separate products, subscribed per product. SMS and WhatsApp draw from a prepaid credit wallet. Credits, caps and auto top up settings are visible in your billing dashboard at all times.

5. Your data

Your contacts, templates and reports belong to you. You can export contacts at any time, and migration in never writes anything until you have previewed what moves. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy policy.

6. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach the anti spam policy or put shared sending infrastructure at risk, and we will say why when we do.
