Brudcast

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026 · How Brudcast handles personal data.

1. What we collect

Account details you give us at signup, the contacts and content you bring into your workspace, and usage records the service produces as it runs, such as send logs and delivery events.

2. How we use it

To run the service: sending your campaigns, producing your reports, verifying your domains, and billing. We do not sell contact data, and we do not use your audience to market anything of ours.

3. Your contacts' data

For the contact data you bring, you are the controller and Brudcast processes it on your instructions. Consent records store the source of each signup, and suppression records store the reason and source of each opt out, so you can answer how you got an address and why you stopped sending to it.

4. Retention and export

Data is kept while your account is active. You can export contacts at any time, and closing your account deletes your workspace data after a wind down period we confirm by email.

5. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist stores your email address and, if you give it, your company name. We send one email when your workspace is ready and nothing else. Leaving the waitlist removes the record.

6. Contact
